Highlander Strength and Fitness is a small group training facility, every session is designed and coached by Iain.
Our sessions are held on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Sessions are men-only or women-only, no mixed sessions.
Memberships are billed month-by-month, or you can save by choosing the 3 monthly option. Prices are below:
