My strength and conditioning journey began in Scotland when I was 9 and joined the local athletics club. I competed in decathlon until I was 24, twice representing Scotland, then played American football at university, winning a British Championship in 2003 before my jersey number was retired.

After gaining my Masters Degree (MPhil) in Sports Studies and my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist qualification from NSCA I went to work as a  personal trainer at a big box gym. And it was soul-destroying. I loved coaching, but I got to see first hand how the fitness industry only cares about making money, not helping people.

I understand you’ve probably tried countless fitness options before. You’ve probably bought fitness equipment, supplements, gym memberships. And the most obvious effect was a smaller bank balance, not a smaller number on the scales. I want to help. Let me bring my years of expertise in strength and conditioning to help you see the results you want.

Within 16 weeks, I lost just shy of 50 pounds and have gained more muscle mass and strength than I have had in years. A terrific life experience!
