Often we could use a little support, and at Highlander we wanted to find a way to offer this in the easiest way possible. So we have launched the Accountability and Support Group. This is an online group based on Facebook. For the low fee of $25/mth you can join the group and gain access to:
- Monthly Facebook Live chats with Iain, answering your questions
- Regular motivation and support posts
- Recipes and nutrition advice
- Accountability from being part of a group; share your goals and you’re more likely to reach them
- Find other people on the same journey as you
You don’t have to be a member of any other Highlander Strength and Fitness package to be a member of the support group, it’s open to anyone looking for friendly and knowledgeable help and encouragement!
